Our intent is for each
customer to be 100% satisfied with our photographs.
However, due to the fact that photographs can be easily copied or scanned
once delivered,
we must limit returns and refunds to the following situations:
1. Shots of the wrong team member or team
2. Defective prints (e.g. out of focus, incorrect color or density, imperfections
within print, etc.)
3. Errors in submitting orders online (see below)
Refunds will only be honored if presented to us within 30 days of delivery.
We will notify you via email or telephone once we have received and processed
any returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Errors in Submitting Orders:
We will always help you resolve any errors made by you in submitting an order
to us online.
But you must call us immediately to notify us of the error and request cancellation
or
modification of your order. In this way you never have to be concerned about
trying to place
an order online. Just call us at (270) 443-2151 during normal business hours
and we will work
personally with you to resolve the situation. Your money will always be refunded
in you as long
as you request a cancellation before your order has been processed.
